  • All shipping will be U.P.S. Ground track or U.S.P.S. Priority mail. Shipped with full value insurance coverage and an adult signature will be required at delivery.All shipping, handling and insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • All product specifications and prices may change without notice. Automotion and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible in it’s product descriptions and photography.   • All clearance calculations ( hood, engine accessories, etc. ) Are the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible in making the final determination.
  • The purchaser agrees to accept all products received from Automotion “as is” and because of the nature of these specialized parts cannot & will not hold any part of ‘Automotion’ or ‘L.L.Fulton inc.’ liable or responsible for their performance. Automotion excludes all implied or expressed warranties of merchantability and all implied warranties of fitness. Purchaser agrees to accept all products being sold “as is” and acknowledges there are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. All warranties and guarantees are handled by the individual parts manufacturers. Automotion shall not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages. The purchaser understands and recognizes that Automotion Rochester Carburetor Service parts are highly specialized items that are subjected to many varied conditions and uses because of the manner in which they may be installed by the purchaser or his / her agents. The purchaser and / or their agents assumes all responsibility for the results of usage of the parts supplied by Automotion.
  • There are never any monetary refunds of any kind made by or accepted by Automotion once your order has been placed. Any return of merchandise must first be authorized by Automotion and a return goods authorization (rga) number will be issued before it will be accepted. All authorized returns will be subjected to a 25 % restocking fee of the total amount of that invoice to cover handling, packaging and processing of said invoice. An exchange may be offered towards other in stock merchandise in the original dollar amount of said returned item. Again – there are no monetary re-funds ever made by Automotion for any cancellations or exchanges once the order has been placed.
  • The validity, interpretation and performance of this agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Montana, U.S.A., Within cascade county.
